Although it is in the middle of the city, it is a world in itself, most buildings were built in the late 1800&#8217;s or early 1900&#8217;s and it gives a really nice atmosphere to the whole place.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"pp-insert-all size-full aligncenter\" title=\"Paulina &amp;
